What do I need to do to get ready for delivery?

Below is a checklist of the most important tasks you can do to make delivery and set up go as smoothly as possible: KEEP IN MIND, ONCE YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THERE IS NO REFUND!

  • Rental/ Safety Agreement Completed- Please try to complete your emailed contracts at least three business days prior to delivery. If you are unable to complete it, did not receive it, or would prefer to sign a paper contract at delivery let us know.
  • Check your power sources/generators and water sources (if applicable)- Make sure to test the outlet(s) you wish for us to use to power your rental unit(s), ensure power is being provided to the outlet by plugging in an item such as phone charger or lamp. We recommend outlets be roughly 50 ft or less from the set up location, if the distance will be greater than that please make sure to inform us prior to delivery. If you have any questions about power sources or breakers needed please let us know, we’re happy to answer those questions for you! For customer provided generators- Make sure you have your generator’s gas tank filled up, in place at the set up location and operable. We always recommend that you crank the generator and allow it to run for 2-3 minutes before shutting it off to ensure it is working properly. Water units- After checking your power source(s), make sure that you have a working water spigot roughly 50 ft or less from the set up location as well. If the distance will be greater than 50 ft away OR if you will have more than one activity using water from the same spigot make sure to inform us of that information prior to delivery. If possible on the day of delivery, we recommend stretching your garden hose and placing it in the area your water activity will be set up, this will help us determine set up location when arriving and also let us know if any extra hose will need to be pulled from our truck.
  • Know your location- Pre plan where you would like your inflatable/rental unit set up. In addition to making sure that power/water sources (if applicable) are nearby, make sure the area you want your inflatable set up is free of sharp sticks, protruding tree roots, large rocks, animal feces and ant beds. Ensure that the area is safe and away from areas where moving vehicles will be. In summer months if possible, we suggest you place activities in shady areas to keep participants cool while playing. Please note while choosing your location that we WILL NOT set up any activity by pool sides or near other bodies of water.
  • Be ready for the fun to arrive- Plan for yourself or another designated adult to be present at the delivery location during the delivery time window we provide to you. If you will not be the one present for delivery, please make sure we have the name and phone number of the person whom will be present and inform us of any necessary details such as “Please call when your on the way” or “I will be coming from work and need a 20 min notice to get home”, this will help us better serve and communicate with you.

When will you deliver my rental/ inflatable unit? Expect a phone call from us 1-2 days prior to your event date to discuss delivery times along with possible upcoming weather conditions. It is very important to return our call promptly and make sure your voicemail is able to receive messages in case we are unable to reach you, this greatly helps us in finishing our delivery route planning schedule and allows us to provide accurate delivery details more efficiently to both you and other customers.

What if rain is forecasted on the day of my event? Our rental contract contains most of the information you need to know regarding the weather. In the event there is a high percentage of rain or other inclement weather forecasted (60% or higher), and you wish to cancel your rental/inflatable, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your event, If your event is on a weekend you must inform us of a final decision by 12:00 CST the Friday before for refund/ no penalty to occur. Any cancellations/changes made after that time, or cancellations/changes made for reasons other than weather, cannot be guaranteed to be delivered (if changed) or refunded/credited (if applicable due to weather), please see contract for specific terms. Deposits are also held if cancellation is performed after the delivery confirmation has been performed and approved by the customer. ONCE ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AT ALL!

When do I pay my final balance? Final payment is due on or before delivery. For convenience, most of our customers choose to have us run their card in office at the time of our pre-delivery phone call. If you wish to pay cash at time of delivery (no personal checks) we ask that you please let us know ahead of time so we can pass the information on to our crew members. If paying cash, please have exact amount (or as close to exact amount as possible) ready for the crew when they arrive. We cannot process credit cards on delivery, only in our office via over the phone at this time.

What happens if my inflatable has an issue during my rental time? Should your inflatable lose power, immediately turn off water supply (if applicable) and check your breaker box for a tripped breaker. 9 out of 10 times this is the issue and is easily resolved by flipping the tripped breaker back to the “ON” position. Make sure there are not too many items pulling power from the same breaker when the inflatable is on. Should the equipment have a tear or other issue please snap a quick picture and text us as soon as possible. If after office hours: YOU MUST TEXT MESSAGE US for us to know you need assistance.

Do you have liability insurance? Yes! We are insured and will be happy to issue a certificate of insurance or certificate of additionally insured to any customer that may need them, however please inform us of this need at the time of booking so that we can make arrangements with our insurance company to get that issued to you in a timely manner.
